Goodmorning!

I wanted to post this message earlier, but blogspot gave up on me so I couldn't uploaden any pictures. But hey, it's possible now, though a little bit later. My testweek is finally over! Last test was a listening test english and we only did half of the test because the other half was on another CD which our teacher didn't have (unfortunate us!). After the test I went to the town centre with my best friend to grab a drink and we stayed there the rest of the day just chatting, eating and drinking. It was so much fun. And I bought a H&M (surprise, surprise!) skirt with small flowers on it, so adorable but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it since I found out that I buy so much clothes I only wear once and then never again, and I'm afraid this dress will be one of that too. Oh now I got to get dressed and head to school, first lessons is gymnastics, best way to start a day (for real!).

Oh and I saw an article on theseams.blogspot.com where they made a vest out of a scarf and I tried it too and it is already my favorite garment piece now :-)

March 25th: Go Ahead Eagles - Ajax

So I went to see Go Ahead Eagles - Ajax last thursday. Even though the final score was a little bit disappointing, the match was incredible. The audience was singing 90 minutes in a row, there were banners and the fibe was just amazing. They lost with 0-6, so they're not in the running for the national cup, but what a great experience!

And I took my camera with me and made you some photos:

There they are, everyone started singing and clapping

Ajax-players doing their warming up

They had these scarfs saying "Go Ahead Eagles - Ajax"

Final score was a bit dissapointing...

Yesterday's trouble

Totally forgot to post my outfit yesterday. This is probably my favourite, although mostly I wear it with the good old fringed boots, but I thought this one would be a nice alternation.

And I'm sorry for the (lack of) pictures, but my camera let me down a little, so those two pictures were the best I could get.

Glamour

God, I'm so tired. I had my first soccer match in 5 months today. Though I was the goalkeeper (normally I'm a left-winger) and I hadn't got anything to do, I'm exhausted. It's just the tension of trying to win and the focussing that really is tedious. But we won with 2-0, so I did my job of not letting any ball pass through and it was nice to play again. But that was my one and only chance to play again, because the next few weeks I am not allowed to play anymore until I'm completely recovered. And no, I won't go defending the goal anymore, it is way to scary and when you loose the game, most people blame the goalkeeper. Not my kind of thing, but it was great to experience. For now, I'm just chilling for the rest of the day and tomorrow it is time to get to work again. Can't wait. Yay. And yes, that was sarcastic.

About the outfit of today, I didn't bother that much to put a nice outfit together because I was on the soccer court for half of the day, so my outfit wasn't really expiring. But still.

No more Hills!

There is no more The Hills! The producers decided to stop the reality soap because the viewer figure was declining since Lauren Conrad left the program. They stop after season 7, so it is not done yet, but the end is near!

Jackets

Since the Winter is no longer here, it's time to put the winter jackets away and replace them for some more fresh coats. But jackets don't have to be worn as outdoor clothing only, you can give a sophisticated twist to your outif with the boyfriend blazer or go for the chic look with a Chanel-like coat. Or choose a fur coat for instant celebrity touch. And you? Do you prefer a jacket or do you rather wear a cardigan on top of your outfit?

H&M The Garden Collection

As a real H&M junky I absolutely fell in love with the new collection "The Garden" by H&M. I really like the colors, very bright, very summer. The first look I would totally wear, looks like it has been taken straight out of my closet haha! H&M The Garden Collection, now avaible online and in stores!

Art work

My art pieces is almost done. It took so much time, a lot blood, sweat and tears (literally!), but now it is nearly finished. The assignment was a art pieces that has something to do with a journey, but we had to decided ourselfs what we wanted to do with that. I chose a spiritual journey, with a monk and the Taj Mahal and the garland stands for the life-course. It is my first piece I actually like. Mostly I screw up the things, but this time I'm pretty contented :-)

Sunny afternoon

I know I kept on complaining about the weather the last few days, but at this point the future looks bright to me because the sun is shining all day now and that brings me hope that Spring is actually coming now. I'm halfway down with my tests now, tomorrow I'll have Maths and Monday I'll have english and that's it for this week. My Dutch test went quite good today actually, though I hadn't really study that much. The testweek hasn't got a real good influence on my clothing inspiration. At mornings I get up and think to myself: what's the use of this day since the only thing I do is making tests. And then I start wondering what to wear and the inspiration stays off so yeah, not really good. Oh and I really need to shop within a few days, next week I'm getting my shopping money finally so I still have to wait one week.

Now back to the order of the day: my outfit

Shirt: Bershka
Shiny tights: H&M
Leather jacket: Market
Shoes: Dolcis (I know, I'm wearing them way too much)
Scarf: "Las Ramblas", Barcelona
Bracelet: Barcelona
Diamond earrings: Amy Bijoux

My dog always gets in the playing mood when the weather is getting better. He keeps poking me with his "donut" just as long as I'm trowing it away for the 37278919th time.

And he hates pictures, he's like the celebrities: No more pictures, please! But after hundreds of attemps I finally got a picture. Sort of.

Oh and if you're looking for some songs, look for Rox - My Baby Left Me, very addictive :-)

note: tonight the semi-final of our national cup is between Go Ahead Eagles (my club) and Ajax Amsterdam. It is such a big accomplishment because they're in League 2 while Ajax (along with Feyenoord and FC Twente, who were the other two semi-finalists) is in League 1 and we defeated a couple of League 1-teams already! Can't wait to go there, the stadium is so small but it is entirely sold out and they've planned many actions already to get an unforgetable mood. I'm really excited!

Chanel 2.55

I'm in the middle of my testweek and that always makes me think of.. well.. everything but study books. Every essential thing in lives passes my mind. Like what I will be going to do after my highschool, which things I definetely want to do before I die and also the less serious things in life, like which color of tights I still need or what my next birthday present will be. And besides the 'normal' thoughts, there's always the same thought that keeps popping in my mind: I really really really want a Chanel 2.55 bag.

I would really commit a murder to get a Chanel 2.55 bag.

Okay perhaps I'm a little bit exaggerating, but I'm dying to get one. And call me crazy, but I can't help but thinking about that every testweek. And every time I'm going out to party. And everytime I'm heading to Amsterdam. And everytime I see celebrity pictures. And... well basically everytime. And I know they are really expensive, but I hope that one day I will have the oppurtunity to buy one. As soon as possible. Please, please, please, dear Lord.

H e l p

I don't know what it is, but I feel that there are way more things to offer to you guys via this blog. Only posting pictures of my outfits and pictures of online webshops doesn't seem quite interresting to me. I think I have to do more research every day to publish more interresting blogs with the latest fashion trends and news flashes. I don't know, what do you guys think? What should there be published on my blog? And should I keep it the way it is (a fashion blog) or add more subjects? Let me know, you guys can really help me out!

I WANT SUMMER

Though the weather is getting better, it's still way too cold to me. I always think I was born in the wrong country, that I should have been born in South America or somewhere where the temperature is never below 20 degrees. Instead I was born in the Netherlands, the land of rain, wind and cold temperatures. Too bad, I guess I have to deal with that and perhaps I can move to another country when I'm older, but for now I have to do it with the things I have: Bad weather and summer-minded-inspirations. So I came up with this outfit, which would be perfect this summer, dawdle down the boulevards, drinking milkshakes or ice coffees...

Jumpsuit - H&M
Gladiators - H&M
Golden watch - Market
Rings - H&M

Well gotta dream on, summer is not here yet, the weather is still unpredictable
and instead I wore this:

Shoes - Dolcis
Golden watch - Market

sigh...

note: I know I always look sad on pictures. I'm not sad at all and I really don't have an attitude, I just kind of hate it when I have to smile on pictures... Sorry for that.

In desperately need of this perfect skater dress

I NEED this one, no joke! So feel free to donate, thank you

I put some new shoes on

Forgot to mention I bought some new shoes. They are - surprisingly - from H&M and they were €9,95. Tomorrow it's going to be about 20 degrees here so it's the perfect oppurtunity to wear my new precious for the first time :-)

Can't wait!

Shoes - Dolcis
Necklace - A boutique in Köln

I'm in the middle of my testweek now, so I am a little bit stressed out. Today I had my first test and I totally screwed it up. Tomorrow I'll have history and I also had to make social studies, but since I'm in Zwolle tomorrow, that test is being postponed (fortunately!). I am also really looking forward to the summer. The last few days the weather in Holland is getting better and it brings me in a really good mood. My closet is already filled with lots of summer clothing and I can already see myself walking down the town centre while the sun is setting and everyone is having fun and sipping drinks at the cafés. Can't wait!

note: the real atentive people might have already noticed it, but I got myself a new haircut. Well, 4 weeks ago, so it's now already a bit like it was before, but you can still see the difference. I lost 9 inch in length!

My favourites

Those I wear the most, they almost match with everything.
From up to down: H&M €3,90, H&M €5,90, herited from my grandma

Oh and you really should listen to "World of Love" by John Dahlback, perfect remix!

Glamour Flash Mob NY Fashionweek

oh this is so great. I really like the surprised faces of the surrounding people.

Karl Lagerfeld stopt?

The fashion world turned upside down at this moment. Rumors go that Karl Lagerfeld is getting replaced as head designer of Chanel. They say his place will be taken by Lanvin head designer Alber Elbaz. Even though Lagerfeld had always said he never will retire, the end of his fashion career is upcoming. That is if we have to believe the speculations. We shall see...
