Jewelry

Today I passed by the H&M cause there was a sale, but instead of 50 percent-off tops, I found these full priced jewelry. The rings were both €4,95 and the set of ear buttons were €2,95.

Animal

Last week I was at a market in Chioggia, where I accidentally found this leopard scarf. While the rest of the scarfs belonged to my great grandmother's curtain rail, this cute scarf popped out. And it was only 2 euros! I always thought that orange wasn't quite my color, but as a eye-catcher in a simple brown outfit it's perfect. The scarf is a mix of patterns: leopard combined with plain orange and detailed with chain-prints.

These looks

These two looks should belong to my closet. I'm absolutely in love with the yellow oneshoulder dress and the grey wedges, the ones who designed them, really deserve a statue.

By the way, make sure you visit the Sounds of Symmetry Garment Sale once in a while, because you might find something you've been looking for!

Sounds of Symmetry Shop

Sounds of Symmetry Garment Sale!
There are several reasons why I made an online outlet for selling my clothes.
1. I became taller and bigger, so a couple of garmentpieces don't fit anymore
2. My taste slightly changed, so there are a few pieves I haven't been wearing for months/years
3. If there should be a movie titled 'Bad buys', I will have the leading role because I never think while buying clothes, I just do. And that results in lots of never-worn-and-never-will-be-wearing clothes.
That's why, so if you want to update your closet, please check the Sound of Symmetry Shop

Back from Italy

I'm back from my two-week-trip to Italy. We've stayed at two campsides and we've been visiting Venice, Rosolina Mare and Chioggia and the weather was GREAT. Though one day there was a small tornado, so that was a little bit frightening, but for the rest of the week the temperature was 34 degrees at its lowest. And ever since we've been back in Holland, the only thing I've seen yet is rain, rain and rain and the temperature must be somewhere around 17 degrees. I'm seriously thinking about moving to Spain or Italy. Speaking about that: in May 2011 I hope to pass my national exams and then planning to go to Spain or Italy for the summer to work at an animationteam at a campside. The plan is to follow some spanish/italian lessons this year and work a lot to finance my trip. After the summer, I'm hoping to go to France for at least half a year to work as an au pair. Big dreams or realistic future plans? I hope that last one, and untill that, we're still praying for better weather in Holland.

New buys

Below the amazing dress I told you about in my previous post. It was only 7 euros, can you believe it? I haven't tried it on yet, but I don't think it will be a bad buy. Besides, 7 euros, that's probably the cheapest dress I've ever bought haha!

Dress - Shelley's

I've got the brown-ish waistcoat from my mom as a thank you gift for helping her with her business last friday.

Waistcoat - Local market

Normally I won't show my panties here, obviously, but these ones were so adorable that you had to see them. Aren't they lovely?

Underpants - HEMA

80's

Though I'm grounded, I still went shopping today with my friend C. It was so much fun, the weather was perfect and I bought so much nice stuff (like a lace white dress for only 7 euros! Can you believe that?!). Oh tomorrow I'll get to know if I passed this year or not and you can't even imagine how nervous I am at this moment. I don't want to think about the fact that there is still a chance that I won't pass and I have to do this year AGAIN. I mean, everything you've been thaught this year will be repeated and what about the new class with other, younger people you don't even know yet and your own class which you have to leave behind. Dear Lord I really really reaaaaally want to pass or else everything will be worthless :-(

Hup Holland Hup!

Yes! We did it! We beat Brazil in the World Cup! The last time we did that, was in 1974 and now it's the second time in history!! Gosh, the game was so nerve-racking, I have no nails left anymore. Next round is the semi-final, which will be against Uruguay of Ghana.

Today it was somewhere about 36 degrees and I assure you, it has never been this hot in my room at 9:30 pm EVER. I swear, it must be around 35 degrees here, and that it WITH ventilator. So I think you all understand why I won't go to bed for the following 4 hours, in the hope the temperature will decrease.

Even though I want to walk around naked all day, it did give me some inspiration for a couple of summer looks. You can get all of the outfits at hm.com.
